Dark Sphere London presents:\r\nThe first Dark Sphere Open, a 1750 point Warhammer 40,000 Tournament\r\nover two days in the heart of London.\r\n\r\nTournament Rules:\r\nEach player must bring two copies of their army list and any related codices and printed FAQs.\r\nForge World models are permitted and encouraged. All armies must be based and painted with a minimum of three colours, and fully represented on the battlefield. Non-GW models are permitted if clear what they are representing; send an email to the Tournament organiser if in doubt. There are no composition scores or painting scores.\r\n\r\nTournament Format:\r\nEach player will play six games over the course of two days, with each game being the combination of two rulebook missions determined by a d3:\r\n\r\nd1: Crusade and Purge the Alien\r\nd2: Scouring and Emperor's Will\r\nd3: Big Guns Never Tire and The Relic\r\n\r\nTerrain will be pre-set up and objectives placed before rolling for table edge and deployment. Each game will have a time allocation of two and a half hours. At the end of the six games, the player who has won the most games will be the victor; in result of a tie, a tie-breaker match will be played time permitting.\r\n\r\nTournament Prizes:\r\n1st Place: Dark Sphere Gift Card and Trophy\r\n2nd Place: Dark Sphere Gift Card\r\n3rd Place: Dark Sphere Gift Card\r\n\r\nFinal Value of Prizes will be determined by the number of participants.\r\n\r\nTournament Registration:\r\n |
