| Will I be able to get all the ranges you supply in my country? |
| Our agreements vary with different manufacturers so while in some cases we may have exclusivity throughout Europe in other cases we may be limited to one or two countries. We produce country specific order forms which will list all the products we are able to supply you.

| That's a great range of manufacuters but I was hoping to get XXXXX? |
| We have managed to secure a fantastic range of products which cover the whole scope of the hobby from miniatures to basing to scenery to paints to tools and to carry cases. We are continually on the look out for other product ranges and manufacturers which we think will do well for our clients.
So if there is a particular company or range you think we should stock then please let us know and we'll look in to it.

| Which payment types do you accept? |
| Our preference is for either bank transfer or for Paypal.

| How do you send your items? |
| All packages within Europe are sent via courier, for countries outside Europe we may use other agreed delivery methods depending on size and cost
