- Will you be stocking the new 'XXXXXX'?

As soon as we know a product will be available to us and have the release date confirmed we add it to our website so it is available to preorder.

- How much does it cost to send 'XXX' to 'YYY'?

Postage cost depends on weight, products and destination. Our cart automatically calculates and shows you the postage options and the cost of each option. Simply add the products you want to the cart, click 'checkout' and then choose if you are picking up from our shop, sending it in the UK (you'll need to enter your postcode) or sending it to a country outside the UK (please select you country from the list). The Cart will now show the postage options and price. To change options simply select the option you want and click 'update Postage Choice'.

- Why are no postage options showing?

If no options are available then one of your items is unfortunately either too heavy or too valuable to be sent fully insured by the possible posting options

- I'm placing a large order, can I get extra discount?

We already offer fantastic discounts on all our products but for customers who spend more than £10,000 a year with us we are able to provide easier ordering methods and additional discounts providing certain criteria are met.

- Has my order been dispatched?

Our system automatically sends an email when we have dispatched your items. While we aim to dispatch your items within 1 working day this isn't always possible either due to high order volume or because we are waiting for more stock to arrive from the supplier. Some items aren't regularly held in stock and have to be specifically ordered in (this is usually noted on the product entry as 'Ordered In').

- Can you give me the tracking number?

Please note, only Royal Mail Recorded (UK), Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK), Parcel Force (UK) or Parcel Force Euro Priority (Europe) are tracked services.

Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Airmail are Untracked and so we can not provide a tracking number for these services.

- I've been told it's been dispatched but the package hasn't arrived

Please check with your local sorting office before reporting a package lost as they are frequently found waiting there!

Royal Mail requires a certain number of days to elapse before an item will be classed as lost:

If you chose Special Delivery or Parcel Force (in the UK) and it hasn't arrived the next working day from when you received our dispatch email then please let us know and we will investigate.

If you chose Parcel Force (in Europe) and it hasn't arrived five working days from when you received our dispatch email then please let us know and we will investigate.

If you chose Royal Mail First Class, Recorded or Standard Parcels then please note Royal Mail won't class your item as lost until 15 working days after dispatch. It is highly recommended that you check with your local sorting office if they have your order as our items tend to be too large to fit through a letterbox and in many instances like this our customers have discovered that their package has been waiting for them at their local sorting office. If the 15 days have elapsed and your local sorting office does not have it then please then please let us know and we will investigate.

If you chose Royal Mail Airmail then please note Royal Mail won't class your item as lost until 20 working days after dispatch for destinations in Europe and 25 working days for destinations outside Europe. It is highly recommended that you check with your local sorting office if they have your order as our items tend to be too large to fit through a letterbox and in many instances like this our customers have discovered that their package has been waiting for them at their local sorting office. If the 20/25 days have elapsed and your local sorting office does not have it then please then please let us know and we will investigate.




- I'd like to cancel/amend my order

Any cancellations or amendments to your order need to submitted in email from the email account you used to place the order (this is for your protection).

Amendments to your order may not be possible if it has already been dispatched. If an additional payment is needed to cover any additional items this may need to be made before your order is dispatched. If your amendments mean a refund is due to you then this will be refunded through the same payment method you used when placing the original order.

Cancelations can be made even if the items have been dispatched/are in transit but please note that if it has been sent out then it is your responsibility to take care of the items while they are in your care and they will need to be returned to us in saleable condition (unopened, etc). The cost of postage for returning items that have been cancelled lies with the customer.




- If I preorder something when will it be dispatched?

Games Workshop Products

Games Workshop products are typically released on a Saturday. All independent stockists are subject to the same limitations and are only able to order the items on the week of release but we take every step possible to get the product out of the door in the quickest possible time. We dispatch new releases as soon as we receive them from GW and we do our very best to ensure that our UK customers receive their items before the release date. Customers outside of the UK are likely to get their items a few days after the release date (exact time will depend on country and postage method chosen).

Other Companies

In most other cases we will receive the new items 1-3 days before launch and dispatch as soon as the new product arrives.

Please note that some companies are better than others at hitting their own release dates but rest assured that if a new product is delayed by the manufacturer your item will be sent out to you as soon as we have it!

- If I combine a preorder with items that are already released, will they be shipped as one or wait until the preorderred item is available?


If courier delivery is chosen then all items will be dispatched in one go since the courier charge is based on a single delivery.
For Royal Mail First Class/Airmail customers can request they be sent in one go or split (please place this request in the comments section during checkout) otherwise it will be at our discretion.

- Report an item that is faulty/missing part/etc

For Privateer Press models please use their dedicated email address to report the problem: eumissingparts@privateerpress.com

For other products please provide as much detail as possible about the fault (exactly what's missing/duplicated/mispacked, etc).

For Games Workshop boxes please provide the batch code which can be found stamped on the box itself. It's usually small white lettering that says "made in the UK" followed by four numbers.
For Games Workshop blisters please provide the batch code which can be found on the rear of the backing card (usually says "batch" followed by six numbers)
